📦 Return & Refund Policy – Please Read Carefully Every Mystery Box from Yjsgsfks receives careful hand packing filled with love and surprises while the finality of purchases is maintained because each box contains mystery items. Review our complete policy before completing your order.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds for Preference Issues Our policy does not allow returns or refunds when customers receive items or colors that do not match their expectations. We do not accept returns for items that do not meet customers’ personal preferences. Customers must cover return shipping and related costs when their return receives approval.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (such as USPS), our responsibility ends. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.
If your USPS tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
Should your package be returned to our facility, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment.

🕒 Order Cancellations A purchase cancellation can be executed within a 30-minute timeframe from the time of order placement. All transactions become final after the 30-minute cancellation window so they cannot be modified or refunded afterward. To prevent malicious orders and refunds, a 5% processing fee will be deducted for refunds requested within 30 minutes of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

📦 Address Accuracy Customers must ensure their shipping address is complete and correct. Contact us immediately to fix an incorrect shipping address before we dispatch your order. Our company will not be responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
